SCA at Columbia County

With the threat of bad weather forecasted today, it was debatable that the games would be played. The weather held off for the start of the girls game but things did not go their way today as they came up short with a 3-1 loss to the Lady Defenders.

The battle was on in the boys game. Ending the half with a 3-3 score the sky looked threatening and the thoughts on the guys minds were to get a quick score at the beginning of the second half in case the game was called. The rain came, the yellow cards came and so did goals from Alan Goecke,  Branden Sheaffer and Taylor Edwards as the Eagles broke the game open to finish with a 6-4 win tonight.

The girls will have a few days rest and the guys will play Friday at home versus Watsontown.
