SCA Third Grader takes first at ACSI Math Olympics

This year’s ACSI Math Olympics was hosted at Calvary Church in Lancaster, PA on Thursday March 1, 2012. Students in grades 3-8 are eligible to participate in the ACSI Math Olympics. Schools who compete in the Math Olympics send three students to compete in the area of computation and three students in the reasoning category from each grade.  In order to qualify for the Math Olympics, students take timed grade-level tests in the areas of Arithmetic Computation and Mathematical Reasoning.

The ACSI Math Olympics is a series of timed tests or rounds. All students took four tests.

Placing first in 3rd grade computation for SCA was Hope Drumm. Congratulations Hope on a job well done.
