SCA’s senior class has been given an exciting opportunity to serve on an overseas mission trip to Haiti, where more than 85,000 people remain homeless five years after the devastating earthquake. The class will build a “rubble house,” a virtually earthquake-proof house constructed using concrete rubble from collapsed buildings, during the April 26 to May 3 visit.
What an exciting way to put feet to our prayers! We covet your prayer support as we plan and raise funds before the trip and while we work to bless “the least of these brothers and sisters of” Jesus in Haiti. (Matthew 25:40, NIV) We invite you to invest in this important project with you financial support as well.
